Aneloy Natural Skin Care hereby explicitly rejects any terms and conditions of any kind of (potential) customers.

The personal data you provide to us through our website, for example by placing an order or to register, are subjected to Privacy Policy. When registering or placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. Your details will not be made available to a third party, unless this is necessary for your order to execute.
Intellectual property rights
All content in the website and of our products, including the logo, are owned by Aneloy Natural Skin Care and may not be used in any manner for any purpose without our express written consent.
Accuracy of Information on our website
We do our best to be as accurate as possible and to provide you with as many information as needed on our products, but we do not warrant that the information or other content available on our site is complete or error-free. If you encounter errors on the site, we would appreciate that you notify us. A lot of information on our site is derived from traditional herbal medicine, recent studies and old recipes and is intended for informative purpose only. We advise to always see a pharmacist or medical professional on any health concern you have.
Prices
Though we keep our e-shop as accurate as possible, it may occur that prices and the appearance of products are not displayed correctly or printed as a result of printing or typographical errors. If so, please contact us. All prices quoted are in euro, exclusive of delivery charges.
We reserve the right to change the prices of products without notice to you. This does not apply to orders already accepted.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible. No confirmation from us may mean that your order was not received. Please contact us.
Payment
Payment is only possible through our web shop at the indicated payment possibility. Only persons aged 18 and older may place orders via the website.
Shipment& Shipping cost
All orders are shipped via Hellenic post. Shipment charges are clearly displayed and included in the 'Total Cost'.
If for a particular reason you prefer another way of shipment, please contact us by e-mail.
Delivery times
We will process your order as soon as possible pending from 2-7 working days, after we received the payment. Please, keep in mind that the products you order are handmade.
We will not be responsible for delays, resulting from postal delays.
Returns
We strive for the best quality of our hand made products, therefore we also want to give the best possible service to you! Return is possible if within 7 business days after your order is delivered to you, and you have complaints or/and are not satisfied with our products. We accept also opened products which are only slightly used. Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages, and send the item to the registered address from invoice. The costs of return are on behalf of the customer.
Complaints
If you receive goods in damaged condition, or if you are not satisfied with our products, please notify us within 7 business days after your order is delivered to you.
Modifications
We may change these terms and conditions. The modified terms shall be effective when a new order or registration at our e-shop takes place. You will therefore agree to the changed conditions.
